It begins with the purpose of the research followed by literature review. The methodology section elaborates on the selection of the research method. Finally, it analyzes the outcomes from surveys conducted with many hospital employees, offering a detailed assessment of the real-world application of on-the-job training. Wed, 01 Jan 2025 00:00:00 GMT http://hdl.handle.net/11728/12853 2025-01-01T00:00:00Z http://hdl.handle.net/11728/12256 Covid-19: Η Συμπεριληπτική Εκπαίδευση σε κρίση Charalambous, Constantia; Papademetriou, Christos Η πρόσφατη εξάπλωση της επιδημίας του Covid-19 έχει μεταβάλει τάχιστα τα εκπαιδευτικά δεδομένα υποχρεώνοντας σε αρκετές περιπτώσεις τα σχολεία να λειτουργούν για κάποιο χρονικό διάστημα βασιζόμενα στην εξ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευση. Το νέο αυτό δεδομένο χρήζει διερεύνησης. Σκοπό λοιπόν της παρούσας έρευνας, αποτελεί η ενδελεχής μελέτη του φαινομένου αυτού και ειδικότερα των παραγόντων, οι οποίοι ενδέχεται να οδηγούν στην περιθωριοποίηση των μαθητών με μαθησιακές δυσκολίες και μεταναστευτική βιογραφία. Παράλληλα, αποσκοπεί στη μελέτη των απόψεων μίας μερίδας μαθητών, εκπαιδευτικών και γονέων αναφορικά με τους πιθανούς τρόπους αποφυγής της περιθωριοποίησης εξαιτίας της εξ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευσης. Επιδιώκοντας τη διερεύνηση των προαναφερθέντων χρησιμοποιήσαμε τη μικτή ερευνητική μεθοδολογία. Το δείγμα της έρευνας αποτέλεσαν 132 μαθητές δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης, 52 εκπαιδευτικοί δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης και 49 γονείς μαθητών δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης. Ως ερευνητικά εργαλεία χρησιμοποιήθηκαν το ερωτηματολόγιο, οι ομάδες εστίασης και οι συνεντεύξεις. Μέσω της ανάλυσης των δεδομένων προκύπτει ότι οι παράγοντες που ενδέχεται να συμβάλλουν στην περιθωριοποίηση κατά τη διάρκεια της εξ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευσης σχετίζονται κυρίως με τη δυσκολία συγκέντρωσης, αλλά και με τεχνικές δυσκολίες που προκύπτουν. Τη λύση στο πρόβλημα σύμφωνα με τους συμμετέχοντες ενδέχεται να συνιστά η εντονότερη συνεργασία ανάμεσα στο Υπουργείο Παιδείας, τις διευθύνσεις των σχολείων και τους εκπαιδευτικούς, αλλά και η αναθεώρηση του περιεχομένου των διδακτικών αντικειμένων.
